Why This Question Matters

The Three-Part Answer
The Company (40%): Reference something specific about their product mission or market position. The Role (40%): Connect the role to your skills and career goals. The Fit (20%): Explain why you personally would thrive there referencing culture values or team dynamics.
What Not to Say
Avoid generic answers like I need a job or your company is hiring. Do not focus on compensation. Do not say you like the product without specifics. Show initiative through research.
