Past (30%): Briefly summarize your relevant background. "I started my career in [industry/field] where I developed expertise in [skill]. In my last role at [company], I was responsible for [key responsibility]."
Present (40%): Focus on what you're doing now and how it directly connects to this role. "Currently, I'm leading [project/team] focused on [goal]. I've delivered [specific result] by [approach]."
Future (30%): Explain why you're excited about this opportunity and how it fits your career trajectory. "I'm looking for a role where I can apply [specific skill] to [type of challenge]. That's why this position at [Company] excites me."
